30-40 thousand fans at £25/£30 generates a lot more income than 18K at £40, so that argument doesn't stand up.
Its the FA Cup and sorry to say it but for whatever reason the public don't back it. Man City vs United in the last round did not sell out.
We always struggle to fill our ground, lets face it not everyone wants to pay £40 to sit behind a pillar and not see the goalmouth, the corner flag etc etc. We have nearly 2000 'restricted' view seats at LR now, so yes it is time to move on22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!
