Whatever anyone says a PL striker should have scored that header whether they have played every game for the last season or just making their first start
Fair point, each has their own opinion. No denying he shouldnt have put it away, I just think its a bit hard for the lad to be as sharp as he should be when hes not getting played. He showed last year he knows where the net is when played.

Matty, believe me I wish he'd come on a score a brace every game, goodness knows we need it, but so far he hasn't and we cant wait until he comes good, same can be said for Jay
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

So far his only started 2 games

He will come good when he gets to start games and be able to prove himself

I don't think i saw that header missed that's being mentioned, but i don't think he did himself any favours when he missed that sitter against Man Utd when Taraabt whipped a great little ball in and he managed to get it over the bar from about 2 yards out.....

I also think it may be that MH knows what a striker needs in their locker and just doesn't rate him, regardless of those misses.

At the end of the day he's never really done that well until he went to Blackpool and had a good season, but was that more to do with their gung ho mentality meaning they had loads of chances, and he got a few goals, rather than him being that decent?

              Stoke want him on loan.

Sky Sports understands Stoke are interested in taking QPRs out-of-favour DJ Campbell on loan for the rest of the season.
