New QPR boss Mark Hughes admits he has been 'pleasantly surprised' by what he has inherited at Loftus Road as he prepares for his home Barclays Premier League debut against struggling Wigan.
''He said: 'I have been pleasantly surprised with the real determination and attitude the group has.''
That'll win you games in the Championship, unfortunately notwithstanding any new joiners, we're not over burdened with skill at the moment. Hopefully that'll change soon.
Tbh, Hughes is unlikey to say he's disappointed with what he inherited is he....
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!
2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....
2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....
