I wonder what's going through his mind as he learns about Hughes signing a left back? Perhaps he's being lined up for left midfield, or the bench.

Be interesting. Might play him left side of midfield but then hard to see where Adel wd fit in if we play 4-4-2. Also not clear where Pinear wd play. Still, a long time since a QPR manager had the problem of how to accomodate talent rather than having to spread it as thinly as possible...

Probably left Midfield. Hopefully our team will soon look like this:

          -------------Kenny-------------
          Young--Onouhra---Alex-----Taiwo
          SWP----Barton----Kranjar---Traore
          ------------Taarabt--------------
          ------------Zamora---------------

            I agree, it's where I'd play him.

Traore/Taiwo partnership down the left would be perfect. Taiwo loves to bomb on, so then Traore can cover him and vice versa. I am really quite excited to see this!

Left wing no question.. Hughes likes round pegs in round holes, square pegs in square holes. Traore is awesome going forward, and like said above is a brilliant crosser on the run. Plus Taiwo likes to get forward so when overlapping, Traore will have the defensive instict to cover if hit on the counter.

a good player can adapt and play anywhere, his pace will be a big asset on the wing , one of this seasons best signings

No this is great news for Armand, he's a left midfielder imo so this allows him to attack!
                        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

If Warnock here he'd still find a place for Mackie in the side. Even if we bought Messi and Ronaldo he'd still drop them so he could play Mackie!
