Aston Villa refund vouchers

Did I read on here or somewhere else that the refund vouchers had been sent out last week and if so is anyone else still waiting for theirs?

I have the Away Season Ticket thing but its not clear if I get sent a voucher which I presume is lost in the post if that is the case or they just knock £12 off my next away ticket
