    nice one hammer.............without a doubt the most gifted rangers player ive ever seen...however on the 'where are they now' series on sky he came across as a total and utter tool!!!!

        those were the days,i used to work as a minicab driver back in the good old days and i used to pick stan up about 1 am on friday nights from a boozer on shepherds bush green.
        but he still played a blinder in the afternoon

            can't remember the name,over on the right as you head into town,it had an entrance where i used to go in to pick him up,when he had finished down a road at the back;may have been a staff entrance.i think it was nearly opposite that boozer on the left;oh whats it called flanagans or something like that my son took me there once

              Might of had ability but wasn't as good as Les Ferdinand and my dad liked Gerry Francis more too
              I played sunday league football today.

              Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

              I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

              We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

                  the pubs on the green were the wellington.then the telegraph opp bush central line, just behind that in woodstock grove was the edinburgh and on the roundabout was a pub called the mail coach.

                  he use to drink in the ravenscout arms king street as well with shanksy

                    Stan used to spend a lot of time(money) in a betting shop near where i worked and lived in Latimer rd.

                        get real he was class,rather watch stan than ferdinand;but i will give you francis was brilliant but not the showman stan was.i can remember a game at arsenal where stan was murdered by the fans,and played an absolute blinder in the second half

                              My dad said Francis was the best ever QPR player and I think Ferdinand was like a goal head start. A real goal scorer something we never ever saw down rangers since he left
