His interview he did state he didn't have a clause incase of relegation

I know that means sh@t , if he does and a few of the players stay would be confident of doing a newcastle

Not a chance I'd say. Unless we can keep the players much like Newcastle did and bounce straight back up.
With this current squad though, I think it'll be a long time back in the Championship unless we pull our finger out and get some ****ing players in!
2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

        2015/2016, average at best.....

        2016/2017, same old, same old....

        2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

Its the hope that kills you!

He'll stay. He won't have a future in English football if he doesn't given previous form at Fulham. You got to be there for the bad as well as the good. But it won't get to that. We're not going down, we're staying up, Hughes'll make sure of that. We've got the team (last night's display notwithstanding). We may not make it by much, but we'll be there next season.

The only ones you have to worry about staying are the board. It is THEY who are taking the gamble on paying out big money that the club cannot afford, so THEY would need to continue to support the loses that will result should we go down (and stay down for any length of time...).

Couldn't care about the managers and players that stay or go tbh if we went down...

Well if we go down which means loosing alot more games during the rest of the season - the question is: Do we really want to keep MH? We seem to sack managers if they dont win one in eight so why should he be safe?

I think you're talking more about the old regime, ok Neil had a very good record in the championship and taking us up, but since TF took the reigns it has been different, he gave Neil a fair chance and changed at the right time (jan transf window), after all it is his money and even most fans could see it was not working.
I feel that under the previous regime Neil would have been out a lot quicker and we would probably be on our 3rd or 4th manager in the prem.
Just see what happens, I think we will be safe but should the worst happen (as said by the op) they will know what to do should MH not stay.
