Who did they support before?

Watching the game on TV last night, I noticed some MK Dons fans who are aged 50+. For an 8 years old club (founded in 2004), makes you wonder who did they support before supporting MK Dons, Wimbledon?

Just posted pretty much the same thing on loftforwords, I don't believe for a minute they are ex Wimbledon.I tried asking some outside the ground but just got sworn at.

Don't post often but as a qpr supporter for over 50years and have only just taken early retirement I used to live in milton keynes 23years, moved now to Lincolnshire but still go to games, did well last year as went to loads of away matches too. I have seen the town MK grow and when the new stadium was built went to a few games I don't support them but they were local also my grandson born in MK supports them while my son is QPR. As far as most of my friends go they came from London and support London teams but watch MK Dons and why not lovely stadium.

I saw one of them before the match in the Walkabout at Shepherd`s Bush wearing the old Wimbledon FC scarf.

I dont beleive for one minute he was a Wimbledon fan , probably got the scarf from ebay. I knew a fair few of Wimbledon chaps, and they wouldnt spit on an MCdons fan ( well they would to be honest ! ). Cant stand em , myself
