Boothroyd needs to stop drifting out to the wing, he has done it every single game he's played in a hooped shirt!..he has no impact when he does that..please someone tell me they agree with this,because I've never seen anyone make this point and he does it all the time!!!...

It's what he has done everywhere. Did you not see him play at all before he signed for us? He comes deep, pulls out wide and likes the ball at his feet. Yeah he's taller than Heider but heading has never been an asset of his. He's not a main target man, never has been.

Just because he dropped deep and drifted wide doesnt mean he played well. For a striker that is the easy option to look like your doing something. It makes him look like he is doing something whilst taking himself out of the equasion to put away chances just incase he misses. Strikers should be bursting a gut to get into the box and looking to bury chances. Jay took the easy option and went missing where it mattered.

I agree that booing players is out of order but i thought our mom was buz and to say he didnt put a corner past the first man is just wrong mate! i thought he took his corners really well and worried their defence every time!

How is plying poor chasing everything all night, switched out wide so he could get the ball, some good crosses into the box and the two headers he had which were from poor crosses both hit the target but just lacked power.

Don't tell you thought SWP had a good game right?

All I see Bothroyd do is jog and jog but when its comes to his ball control, passes and strike its been really poor tonight and through this season

A couple of crosses but expect much more from him

Can't agree about Bothroyd being MOTM. He was meant to be the focal point of the attack and yet constantly came too deep and hung around wide.... you say that was a good thing, but all it achieved was to restrict our options.

You then slate Buz, saying corners didn't beat the first man (???).... even the one that ended up in the net via Derry then, and others were fine. As for the "crab passing" comment, i disagree to that also. He was always looking for a forward pass, but too often there was no movement so had to go sideways to retain the ball. The one time there was decent movement by SWP, he slotted a cracking ball through the eye of a needle to send him clear and he should've scored.

Also Anton played well. Didn't put a foot wrong and that bit near the end where they had 2 against him and he stopped the first player then recovered to win the ball before the 2nd was absolute quality after being left completely isolated.

You obviously watched a different game to me and those around me. Like I said above we'll have to agree to disagree then. When Buzz went off we were a better team and SWP 1st corner on Gabbidon barbet said it all.

No no no dazzer my mate,not once have I cast a stone as you say about this particular player...infact...I remember many years ago a certain centre forward giving me the ump in exactly the same way!!

He used to drift, end up on the touch line..couldn't score in a brothel as I recall!!!...couldn't work out why he was ever signed...
