My god.

We really do look awful & the worst part of it is that is probably our best available XI apart from Barton & HH.

I know this won't go down well with some but I couldn't give two sh!ts about the FA Cup I'd rather stay up. Our squad is wafer thin & more games will kill us imo. I understand a win is good for confidence, financial etc but I'd rather be watching Premiership football next year rather than get to the 4th round & be off to Burnley & Doncaster again.

Wigan last night looked sharp, quick, had urgency everything we haven't got.

Strong last 15 minutes of the half but it really brings home the size of the task on Sparky's hands.

Would never ever wish us to lose so COYR's put these to bed now.

Last 15 mins we looked a little and I mean a little bit sharper but really isn't good enough.

Our confidence looks shot. Still got 45 to do the job so let's hope the gaffer fires them right up.

We have improved as the game has gone on but we look like we have no confidence at all.
Bothroyd to be fair has tried but id rather see DJ up front with him sniffing around the box

Ric Roc I totally agree, there is no urgency pace or creativity in our team! If we don't get some players in quickly we are in a world of trouble against wigan! As someone said on another thread I feel sorry for Hughes, he really has limited resources atm!!!

Our movement concerns me more than anything we don't make runs or look for space!!

Norwich went out against MK Dons at home 4-0 in whatever competition I'm not sure.

Thing is we are a Premier League side & after already playing these once their is nothing between us. Did you watch Wigan last night? Looked decent. Can see Moses tearing CH a new one.
