          I think you normally have to play 75% of national games or something, so given he plays regularly for his country albeit it at a lower level, i can see it going both ways, but would hope they would be positive about it and sanction a permit.

                    that only really applies to players over a certain age, mate. The fact that he's regarded as a young prospect may help his cause.

                      You should work in the football industry mate. Having a physic vision of how a player will do before evenin signing would make you quite a sought after man.
