  • Henrique set for QPR switch from Sao Paulo

Mark Hughes is on the verge of making one of Brazil's hottest prospects his first QPR signing after striker Henrique declared he's heading for Loftus Road.

Big piece in today's Sun as well quoting Henrique on being impressed with QPR, Hughes etc. Still got to get a work permit though and as hei isn't in his team's first XI let alone the national team the club will have to really push at his FIFA Under-20 player of the tournament status to get him in, but there's no guarantee the Home Office will accept that.

Only time will tell, could be an absolute diamond or he may not
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

Sounds good...just want this sorted ASAP...hope work permit not an issue.

And the below statement shows why Hughes will attract more players than NW....

'The manager is known everywhere. He played for great clubs like Manchester United and Barcelona.

'As a striker, I know I can learn so much from him. I’ve always wanted to play in Europe and, for me, England has the most exciting league in the world.'

I cannot wait for this to go through.

Also i'd expect to see him at the Olympics with Brazil under 23's team which would be great to watch!
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
