  • The big question....

....if we go down what happens to Q.P.R? I think as long as the board stays in place and we can off load a few of our big earners we could be alright! i mean a few prem teams have yo-yoed up and down for a few years and then became established prem teams, maybe thats what we can do! sorry to ask this question but seeing as we are in a pretty bad way and this is a debating message board i thought id pose the question!

To be honest mate, I don't really want to think about our probable relegation and it's aftermath.

It's something we may need to think about, it will all depend on the passion of thenplayers to want to Get us back up, I would be confident I Hughes stayed and we got the striker we needed we could cone back up , but if Hughes decides not what he signed up for and the same for our players
We will be another 15 years to get back up
Basically we would need to do what west ham look
      Like their doing this year

This summer a lot of our fringe players out of contract so therefore a lot of money freed up , depends how much if it we can afford to put back in and ultimately whether the board we have decide
      TO stay

I would take some positives from going down. We could rebuild just like how Newcastle, and West Ham are doing currently so that when we come back we'll be fully prepared.
Obviously I do not want this to happen, but if we do go down then this is a big positive from it.

I tell you, i would be really concerned, we could well be in peril if we go down. That's why Hughes has been bought in...

He did say in his interview ref release if relegated that he didn't have a release clause in his contract for whatever that is worth

I tend to agree with NW in that we went up a year too soon !!

Yes its great to go to the big clubs ....blag the win of the s cum down the road and have the likes of Utd and Liverpool down at the bush but at what cost to the 'enjoy your football experience ' .

Wheres the fun in being in the biggest league in the world and being stuck in the bottom 3 watching Hill, Gabbidon and Derry !!!

We may ... just may get out of it now that we have TF , MH and some serious squad investment .

The problem is last year the Championship was a poor league .... yes we won it but we didn;t p iss the league like some would like to believe !!!

The mindset we then had during the summer was ..we are better than Norwich , Swansea and 3 or 4 others in the Prem ...BECAUSE WE WON OUR LEAGUE .

It dosen't work that way !!!

To be fair he got us up as Champions with a pretty average squad, and two very exceptional players, Tarbs and Kenny.

Have you not seen relegation before ?....It hurts...if F***kin hurts but you get used to it and look forward to promotion. Thats the difference between the 2 leagues, the have nots and the got nots.

Here's another question. How many would take a guaranteed 17th now, and say it was a successful season?

Where are all these people who said that was a negative aim and thought we were a mid table team?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
