    I don't think it makes s difference how much we offer now, hasn't he now stated he wants to leave England and go back abroad so he won't come anyway

      He also stated he wanted to stay in West London apparently? If this was true we would have surely been told this when our 1st bid was refused. Who knows which (if any) statements are true?
