Warnock certainly got his share of players that followed him around but not a lot from the premiership. That is what we have with Hughes.A premiership manager. Now, there will be ceratin players that will follow him that us fans will like and i assume....some that we will not..
From what i have heard so far....cannot really complain..but not sure if this is a smoke screen..but following form Mr Beard from BBC website
1557 FOOTBALL: QPR chief executive Philip Beard has confirmed that negotiations with new manager Mark Hughes had focused heavily on potential transfer targets and he is trying to sign at least one new player before Sunday's game against Newcastle. "We're trying and there are one or two players that we've had discussions about," he told QPR's website. "I can't promise that there'll be new players for Sunday...

In terms of defenders I think Samba, Onouha and Bridge would be brilliant business and quite realistic now with Hughes. I say Onouha infront of Alex purely for the long term, he's young and can play anywhere along the back four...Around 13million for the three? (If he's really got 30mill to spend!) Happy days!!
