I think sparky is a class signing and a really big coup for us! He's a good age, been there and done it before as a player and has a very decent and respectable Pedigree as a prem level manager! He will shore up are leaky defence and make us hard to beat and I genuinely trust him more with the money he has I spend and believe he can attract better players than Warnock and hat hey will want to play for him!

      Hope we appoint him tbh.
Wow! Genuinely didnt know that?! Just hope he signs now, cracking appointment. I be honest I really deny want Hughes have always thought of him as boring manager of boring teams but ddnt know he had such an excellent record?!

isleworth i would compare the hughes (if him) signing to when warnock joined 2 years ago , we needed someone who could come in and motivate and organise a decent team in a league they understood ,

lets remember we had a few clean sheets when the boys first joined at end of window so theres nothing stopping that happening again with some motivation

I still think Neil should have been backed in This window, but Hughes looks to be a very shrewd appointment if it happens

One thing that always happens when a new manager comes in and shakes things up, is that someone who was not given a go, is given a go and everyone thinks wow. Who will that be because it will happen.
I can honestly see it being Ephraim. I've always said Hogan just has natural talent
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Hogan back in the middle like he was under Sousa?

I cant see it being hogan as he strughles to get past someone, pass, cross and shoot, but if he is fit, I have a sneaky feeling it will be Buzz for many things including set pieces.

The only thing worrying me is...the clubs under Hughes management started slowly didnt they? We need results now if we want to stay up.
