  • Hughes must have known

I suggest this was all sounded out over the last few weeks.
You would assume Hughes was told if your interested look at our games over the next few weeks spot the weaknesses, draw up a short list of players you would like if we don't improve we will move in January and appoint you, we don't have time for Hughes to asses the squad and start getting bids in....this has to have been done already.
I like many applaud NW for his work with us but I think the time was right, however if we had beaten Norwich, Swansea Sunderland all possibles I don't think we'd be having this discussion now. Time ran out and we had too move no question.

I think it's clear that for them to make the decision to sack Warnock they'd possibly sounded out Hughes and or others prior to the act. If so, he could have watched our matches and draw a conclusion, but he won't have been able to assess the squad until he meets up with them on the training pitch as half of them haven't played.

If this was all planned than surly Hughes will be appointed today?

With the players back in training tomo you would expect him to be there having some input.

Can someone tell Mark when Armand Traore get back that he is a left winger, not a left back,

              Thanks

If it was, I would expect him to have tied up at least 4 new players by the end of today, let alone signed his contract

Assuming they never fell out, I think the signing of Wayne Bridge would be a certainty if Hughes comes in as he took him to City so obviously rates him. That frees Traore to push on when he's back.

You would think if hes been sounded out he will have done his homework and got one of his people to scout a game or two
