Mark Bowen & Eddie Niedzwiecki . I know nothing about them though.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

one thing i read /saw an interview of was that a mark hughes team is well drilled and in great condition.

some player interviewed once said he was the best manager he'd had for training.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
              Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Neidzwecki or however you spell his name was a tricky winger from memory for Chelsea.

In a funny sort of way the coach is almost as important as the manager. In some ways Warnock wasn't a bad front man if he had signed a really cutting edge, clever continental coach. That's the one thing that I actually wouldn't mind about Zola - that he wd bring Wilkins. And yes, before anyone jumps down my throat I do realise he is responsible for 15 years of hurt etc etc but at Chelsea he proved himself a top coach.

But Hughes's record speaks for itself so his coaches must be good. We badly need to improve on fitness, tactics, substitutions etc.

Neidzwecki was Chelsea and Wales goalkeeper and now a goalkeeping coach. Has been with Hughes at every club he has managed.
