Whatever feelings we have about NW's exit I think they took an objective decision given our present circumstances. It wasn't knee jerk and reflects the overall objective to stay in the Prem.
It won't have been an easy decision to make given the fact Neil got us here after one of the greatest season's in our history. If the backroom unrest is true then he had to go at this point based on recent performances and the crucial stage of the season we are at. They had to decide who should have the transfer budget in this window and too many factors stacked up against NW.
I will always treasure NW up there with Jago, Sexton, Venables and Holloway. History will cement his place.
The board deserve credit for acting in the best interests of the club (time will prove them right or wrong) and we should rest easy knowing that we have financial stability and a board that is committed to our future.
