Firstly, if NW did lose the dressing room then Im afraid there is no going back from that and a change would be needed.
But as I said, its not just results. Its the performances, and the attitude of the players. Over the past few weeks it has been getting steadily worse. The 'bite' that our performances had a few months ago has disappeared and we have barely been creating enough chances to score goals.
It seems to me that the atmosphere around the place was not good.
Our performances have been very poor of late, and we have not got the results which we should have. There is only so much time we can let this keep happening.
I will forever be grateful to NW for what he did. He gave me the chance to see QPR in the prem, which I have never seen them in before. That is something special.
I would hate for the club to be scared to make the decision and just stick with NW and us end up going down again. Just like West Ham did last season by sticking with Grant.
A change is neeeded to inject that spark back into the teams play again. Against MK dons it was clear something wasnt right.
