Shows me how much sh!t you really are talking. I've been one of his most vocals backers on this board so I'm afraid you are way off the mark.

Please show me the post where I said it was all him? Why would it be? Its a joint enterprise between manager & players so I'm pretty certain I wouldn't of said that.

end of the day the board have now made the decision and i just hope and pray they have made the right one as if we go down with a new manager in charge then the fans will turn on them me included
ric has been behind warnock the whole time until certain things came out regarding him,the players and the backroom staff wich eventually cost neil his job.simple.

Not being funny I stick by every word. Yes as I said the buck stops with the manager as I've said in this very thread but yesterday the players showed they were not playing for the manager at all hence the thread!

Again for fear of repeating myself its a joint enterprise.

i dont know if this has been mention. but he has seemed to praised one group of players and the rest he has said then are simply not good enough. then when player are injured/ suspened expect his so called **** players step up. all must be thinking he does think i am good enough. no wonder when are depleted team played on sat the could not be bother

I've heard that Neil only used to turn up to trainings on a Thursday! Leaving Curle to run the training sessions other days. Apparently he also spent more time caring for his new house or something...hope it's not true.

Players have to take some responsibility but in any organisation they follow the example of the boss and IF Warno was spending time in Cornwall rather than at the training gronud and IF coaches were being unprofessional then its hardly surprising players stopped performing. Amazing really because this was what Warno said he had always dreamed off - a proper budget and Premier League football. Perhaps it just came too late for him and he was a bit spent. Think prob his biggest mistake was not bringing in a technically gifted young coach.
