Can't believe some of the stuff people say.
We are all entitled to our opinions we are not all sheep!

Statements like we should go and support Barca or Man City are out of order.

I don't believe any Rangers fans expects us to be challenging the top 10 clubs in the league, but over all, over the first half of the season we have not used the talent available to us in the right manner.

We have suffered our first major injury today and Barton has missed his first game today through suspension. Norwich, Swansea haven't not got a better first 11 than us but play to a system that best suits they squads.

NW has done well for QPR but he has reached his limit, I have no idea who we should bring in, but I feel something needs to change!

TF and Amit are looking to build an academy in-order for us to start producing our own talent, with that in mind it needs to be an appointment with a long-term view.

Watching NW in after match interviews these days it appears like he has lost some fire, he maybe trying to change his image but it has taken something away from him.

Also his treatment of the less confrontational members of the squad in public have been slightly cowardly, JB's misplaced pass against Man U was bordering on the unprofessional and he should have been dragged off and made an example of!

Matt Connelly isn't my favorite player but I believe NW destroyed this lad's confidence by constantly berating him in public last season, MC isn't suited to the championship but with confidence he had/has the tools to potentially operate in the prem.

Hill might not be the quickest but I challenge anyone to show me a better pure defender at the club but he was prepared to let him go after one mistake against Bolton but yet players like Barton continually put in below par performances without public criticism.

Just to surmise, my gripe is, he hasn't got the best out of the players available, constantly playing one up top against teams we should be going at is bad management, going to the big clubs and touching our toes, he is almost wallowing in glory in defeat to the big boys, this attitude must trickle down to the players and has reflected in performances .

    Time for change me thinks!

read all of these posts and you know what..you're all correct....

Having diffrent opinions is what makes this board as good as it is, and if you want to aargue with someone, then i see no problem with that....

With the warnock situation there is 1 blessing....

Its a hard decision and i'm glad TF is the man making that decision....I may have lost my faith in NW but i have total faith in Tony F...

He will do what it takes to survive....so i say support TF even if you dont like NW (as i dont) and stand behind his decision...Thats my plan!!

Yep it can't be easy but it's a call that has to be made, or it make put all future plans back at least 2/3 years.

This is a very diffucult situation for TF and thank god he is in charge and not fans like you and the other mercanries on here. Again teh question that nobody can seem to answer is the who the hell would we replace him with? That is the question TF and AB are asking I am sure. That is probably the reason they will stick with NW too. If so where does that leave it with fans like you and the other calling for his head? All it does it make it even more misreable supporting QPr THAN IT ALREADY IS!
I think you misunderstand me. It was not a comment, it was a question. I have not once said we should sack NW, but I also do not go along with "In Warnock We Trust", becuase I don't. There has to come a point when the questions need to be asked....so when is that point?

The reason it is being asked now is that the only successful time to change a manager is before the window, not after it. So, as I have always said, we need to sack now, or back now. Not sack after the window.

I'm still not convinced about TF after the WHU farce , has a bit of a chancer attitude about him ,covers all bases could end up in deep shite if it don't go right this season

It's not a question of having an opinion, it's how you voice it that matters - and there are so many that go the wrong way about it. Some of yesterdays so call support does no good at all. And based on the stuff some type on here, it doesn't take much to work out who the chief abusers are.

And Ric, you surprise me mate - to say what a rotten time to be a Rangers fan this is.............less than 2 years ago we were in an absolute dog fight to stay in the Championship. Warnock arrived and just over a year later that same crap team won the title. We are now a premier league team and our future is bright with TF at the helm.

No matter the poor run of form, we are out of the bottom 3 in the EPL with a January window at our feet, still in the FA Cup and the memories of the last 15 years of madness, administration, relegations and shameful cup defeats to a string of minnows are still very very fresh. How can you feel quite so depressed about our current woes in comparison to the last decade and a half!!

However some of you have hit a new low speculating on new managers while Warnock is still charge. Probably the same people I heard abusing Campbell and Macheda today, that if you even attend at all.

Our poor form is down to player performance and nothing else. Get a grip and let Warnock get on with his job.
Can't we question Warnocks tactics? They are shocking.

Warnock has done superb since he came here, changed a team very low on confidence into a title winning side in a few months, i will always have a soft spot for him for that, always. He was up against it with T&C at the helm and to be fair to Warnock it has made this season an even toughter one as he couldnt properly reinforce the squad in the summer as he had no dough.
But the problem we have NOW is that we are, at the minute one of the poorest teams in the prem. This season is all about staying up but right now i dont think we look capable of it. I only go home games due to work commitments but pals who go away are getting all the more frustrated with NW's tactics and selections and i fear we are in meltdown.
                    Somethings got to change.

17th end of the season would be fantastic but with Warnock at the helm it is increasingly looking like that will not be possible....poor tactics, poor subs and no unity or spirit amongst the players is evident.

Does no one recall the absolute shambles and laughing stock this club was pre Warnock ? With what ? 9 Managers in less than 3 years ?

We demanded stability, we got it. Now we don't want it anymore ?

Everyone loves TF these days, but what price that changing in the next 6, 12 or 18 months ?
