Unless there is a significant better chance of surviual moving a paitent down to London woulld not be the answer. As a llot of sick people get there strenght from their famillies and freinds who visit them. Moving her and preventing these visits coud have a bigger negative on her recovery as you can not under estimate the power of love from family and freinds that it gives the sick one.

In all of this she is the most important issue to resolve, just hope shes get better.
