Team Spirit

Looks like there is a lack of team spirit the last several games as its plain to see the camaraderie of the championship aint there this season

We started off with a high morale but as time has gone on we have slumped

There are rumours of troubles with players and coaching staff which does not help

NW can only do so much and now up to players to pull together as a team as it shows on the pitch that things may not be right amongst everyone

Completely disagree with your last point, we couldve won that game on monday with 10 men on the park. didnt witness any bust ups between our players, apart from clint hill and NW disagreeing on something (i think). And JB is even passing the ball to AT, which should leave you pleased as punch dale.

Maybe things are better but behind the scenes still think there maybe some tension

Did see Joey go up Taarabt just before the game and seemed to give him some words of advice which was great and played well together

thought the 2 had amazing understanding during the swansea game tbh... even having a chin wag with each other. which if we want to stay is what we need, we cannot afford for there to be divisions.

Can't agree with that. We had a player less and arguably should've still won the match.... i'd hardly call that a lack of determination from the 10 players on the pitch. I think they did bloody well considering.

There's something wrong with spirit and/or tactics when we've got the so called 'bigger players' than norwich and the swans, and where we are now. We had the 451's under dowie and sousa, and they went. Where's pete when you need him?

If not for joey being sent off we would have won and we wouldnt be discussing lack of team spirit!

Morale is low granted after our run but a lack of spirit sorry mate have to disagree.

Very harsh imo. Do you not accept they may have just been knackered after being a man short for an hour????

Will say it was more down to the defence who I thought were not putting in enough effort
