Factamondo. Just a couple of weeks ago you were saying that we would be signing some real quality players and 2012 would be epic for Rangers fans....... Now we're facing certain relegation. Are you bi-polar?

There is no reason why we cannot re-discover our form from a couple of months ago even with our existing squad..... providing they remain fit. With reinforcements we may even end up around mid-table.

There's a long way to go. The fat lady hasn't even started the car yet......

A tad harsh maybe - but then again, I get your point

considering you stated on more than one occasion at the end of last season that the gap between the prem and championship is very little and that you thought the squad we had could hold their own- 5mil should be more than enough aye.

No wonder, when you have chosen to support a rollercoaster rather than a fotballclub

Ps. We have been a much more stable club now,but anyway.

Seems to have done the trick for Paul Lambert, ok might he have spent about £9 million which is less than us already...its how you spend it is what matters and he has proved that....ATAF

                        1) He immediately made a signal of intent by giving Warnock the funds for SWP, Barton, Ferdinand and Traore. These 4 would command higher wages than current squad as well as transfer fees involved. Up to that point, we had shown no intention of budging from the 20 to 25k limit, which would not attract the quality of player needed. Whether these players have worked out is open for debate but the backing for the manager and the signal of intent for everyone in and outside qpr was clear to see.
                        2) The way he has conducted himself in the media has been very impressive. Warnock has also been nothing but complimentary about him. He comes across as professional and a high powered individual. When other players & fans look at him, they see a bloke who lets the manager make all the decisions on players, tactics and backs him where he can. He is in the background when he should be but also upfront as the owner when also required.

I agree on your point about backing Warnock. I can see why he backed him as we needed some stability, and Warnock need assurance, to then allow him to focus on the league and not whether he was going to have a job, but i don't think he should have been quite so adament he's here for the longterm regardless.
In terms off comparable scale he has done no different to what Briatore et al done in the first transfer window in 2008.

Think about it....lets see what Bingo Tony is made off first!

Just look at avram grant last season, west ham had a decent team but although they got relagated, if we are going to replace warnock - and I'm not saying that we should- the time would be now.
