I don't have a go at your opinions Paul, because they are your opinions. As such, they are as valid as anybody elses, whether I agree with them or not. That's the whole point of this place. The only thing I would ever ask you to do differently, is to put them across a little more pleasantly at times. Same as others should do when disagreeing with you.

But on the point you raise, yes, it does look a bit damning. Hate feeling that way but just the way it is right now. Really, really fed up with this whole season. But despite that, I think that we should all just get behind everyone at the club in an attempt to let them know that we are fully behind their efforts. Even if certain thing are difficult to understand. Which is why I think the original post is so good. And I would be more than happy to eat Bushcelts slice as well as my own.

Calling someone a plum or a dope is not offensive, but one of the nannies on here (of which you are one) thought it was and gave me two points. Can you explain that, as apparantly you all discuss these now ?

No Paul, not getting into a discussion on that other than to say this. Not once over the years have you called me a name. Plum, could just as easily be something rather more unpleasant in terms of intent. It's not necessarily the word, but the context in which it is used. If you don't do it, then there will be no problems, will there?

Just accept it and move forward. No point in aggravating someone for the sake of it.

Double standards on here, based on who says what and if the nanny likes you or not.

There's four months left of the season and changing the manager at this stage is not really an option. We have to go with the manager we have, and if it doesn't work out then it's back to the drawing board.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Paul, last comment on this from me as you need to PM MYU if you are that unhappy.

Firstly, I don't think I have ever given anybody any points. Had to ban HA9 & WeAre on a couple of occasions, but would always rather just ask people to show others the same degree of respect that they themselves would like to be afforded. That's not to say my approach is necessarily the right one, but it's the way I prefer to be.

Despite this, some less affable people tend to want to either tar everyone with the same brush or complain for the sake of it. When threads are moved or merged, some pretty insecure souls, complain as if their human rights have been violated. It may appear to some that you fall into that last category. Not because of your football related posts which I always find interesting as you always provide your reasoning, but your constant moaning about being told off by someone. Please just try to build bridges with whoever it is you have issues with as that is far more likely to produce a positive solution.

And of course, you are not in a position to know how everyone else gets dealt with as it is done in private. Not all posters draw attention to such matters by having a public hissy fit. Most just take in in their stride on the basis that there was probably a reason for it, with some even apologising.

Paul, I have been moderating this message board for several years now and on numerous occasions people have accused us of 'taking sides', 'favouring posters over the others' etc. It's all absolute rubbish. To the moderating team, you are all anonymous message board posters. We don't know any of you personally. We treat all of you the same. As far as we're concerned, if you abide by the forum rules, we're more than happy for you to post, regardless of your opinions on the club.

My first response is that "those at the top" do not use this MB as a tool for anything. People on here need to start to realise that they are not in the slightest bit influential at all. The media or some bod may keep an eye on the mood on forums and bloggs, but to suggest any more is laughable.

And as for NW. Even some pundits said he would not be able to cut in it the prem. His previous suggests he can't and his appointment of the two least suitable people to captain the club shows that he is getting things very wrong.

Just because he got us up should not make him bullet proof.

If the club really does have some money to invest, like is being suggested, then managers would be interested. A report that was widely discussed in the media last week demonstrated that struggling clubs who change their managers for start of Jan are far more successful at staying up than those that don't.

I agree with Stainrod though - no point anyone asking for him to go unless they suggest a credible alternative. I am not saying sack him either, but I most certainly am not saying "In Warnock We Trust", because I don't.

A manager who insists on playing SWP on the left or in the middle is clearly not up for it.
