Onouha and Alex a massive step up from those 2.
I agree about Hall and Connolly but Ferdinind wont sit on the bench and why should he and likewise Onouha and Samba wont come to sit on the bench when they have first team options elsewhere, hence me saying we will sign Alex as he is local and needs to find a club.

Jusrt seen on a Twitter source we've had a #6m bid for Samba turned down with BR holding out for 10m. If we match that price perhaps they'll throw in a few chickens with the player?

Would be a nouget of a singing tho

We can't just target 1 defender we need 4 or 5 options... Invade they go #### up.

Perhaps he's speaking to both Onouha and Samba, and he should speak to Wayne Bridge while he's up there.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

We will need a left back all of Jan and some of Feb. Warno might then want the option of playing Traore further forward. Ferdinand has injury issues. Alex hasn't seen first team action for a while - nor has Onouha for that matter, and players often get injured trying to re-adjust to the pace of the prem. We need at least two defenders or it will be back to Keystone Cops defending with players who simply aren't good enough if we are going to survive in this league.

All the top clubs have quality all over the pitch and on the bench - top class players understand the rotation game and are prepared to play it.
We currently have square pegs in round holes and pony cover - so to be a team that competes at this level, let alone falls into the top clubs bracket, we need a quality squad that can cope with rotation.
This won't sit on the bench thing is a total myth - just look at Manure, Citeh, Chelsit.........and so on

Yep Bluehoop is right of course about needing a really strong bench to prosper (assuming Warnock learns to use it). Where others do have a point is that players like Alex and Onouha wd be coming to us precisely because they are fed up sitting on the bench. One thing being an un-used sub for Man U - very different to being an unused sub for QPR sitting next to Jason Puncheon/ whoever. But keeping the ship together is the challenge of a Prem manager and this is when Warno has to prove he is up to it.

Whatever, say what you want the fact is we will not sign two from Samba, Onhura and Alex. Stoke will prob get Onhura, Spurs will prob get Samba and we will get Alex, if we are lucky.

Singing a left back is a separate issue, but I bet NW don't, as he has Traore and Hill.

BTW, does anyone have a link to the Telegraph or Star stories - I can't see anything about Warno meeting the player?

Got a nasty feeling we won't get any of those

Alex will go to PSG, Samba to Spuds in return for Bassong, Onouha will stay oop north, Bridge is shite and happy playing golf on £90k a week anyway

We'll get Ridgewell and maybe Bertrand on loan

                              Onuhua - Alex - Ferdinand(Samba) - Young (wishful thinking)

Looks good! As opposed to (Possibly Saturday's back four)

                              Hill - Hall - Connolly - Orr

From now QPR players have to accept they are playing in the prem no matter how cozy this little club of ours once were.
