  • 1 win at home all season..........

says it all. If you want to stay in this league you need to do well at home. It's all well and good saying what might have been. Our record shows we're sh1t at home.

If you go back to last season we didn't win many at home the whole calendar year.

Our side is sadly not good enough for the Premier league.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

F**k me, Dave. When you go on a rant, you don't do half measures.

You just got in from the pub?
      Your mum would love me...

Let's see where we are at the end of the month. We need a new central defender, a central midfielder and a couple of strikers. If Warnock brings in the right people, I think we'll be fine. Unfortunately that's a massive 'if' - we can't afford to get these signings wrong and we all know NW is capable of making terrible additions to the squad (Puncheon/Clarke/Hulse etc).

Costs me more than that every time I see us play. Flew back into the UK on the 29th just to see the Arsenal and Norwich matches. Back on a flight home tomorrow, properly gutted at what I witnessed today!

Before the season started and ask fans this question "what would have been the answer?"

Win 5 to 10 games at home by the New Year but lose to Chelsea?

                      or

win only one game at home against Chelsea before the New Year?

I would have picked the second one but I'll change it now that we're here.
