  • Very mixed emotions tonight

I was looking on the various forums on my phone on the way home this evening and I can see that many from their armchairs now want Warnock out and although I still hold some faith with him I am now just starting to run out of patience

One up front at home in a game we had to win
    SWP on the bench
    Adel being taken off (mindboggling)

The Cup game next week with a QPR 2nd 11 playing could really be make or break for Warnock and although Fernandes comes across as the nice guy people like him do not get rich by being sentimental

Newcastle after that could I fear could be Warnocks last game

    Agree mate.

Have backed Warnock to the hilt & will continue to so but the question has to be asked how long can this go on?

I honestly feel the vultures are circling. What happened to 'really going for it' in games this season? 1 up front in the last 2 games against teams we are more than capable of beating then losing to & playing players out of position or not at all today to accommodate an inferior player is very strange management.

Agree about Taarabt also, going for a win by taking off our most creative player?

As I say still has my support. Just.

If we're going to sack him do it early and let a new manager get players in.

The prob is you me and most people can see what's Erin with the tactics , can't argue with the way we played today but or me the problem
        Its the same mistakes time
And time again, at home sort from maybe top 3 and that's debatable you go for it and put them under , like against Sunderland 1 up top hands them
The initiative , eveyone makes mistakes but the trick not to make te same mistake twice prob is wee made the same mistake 8-10 times already this season
I think will be ery hard to come back
        After today

dont judge from my armchair, judge from my seat in the stand playing so negative at home most of the time dropping certain players ie helguson at arsenal cant afford to do that in our position, got to play your best side at all times, and the adel sub today was unreal.

The thing that riles me mate is that we once had Warnock saying all the right things about getting in the big boys faces and going for a win regardless of the opposition as we are in the Premier on merit and deserve to be there but at the moment we seem to just lie down and take a kicking

We played one up front against Norwich at home for ****s sake and paid good money to be there to watch it and the only player worth watching was taken off!!

Right or wrong, I can understand the Adel sub. I can see reasoning behind it.

Mackie over SWP on the right though, I cannot take. Painful.

Can't really blame Neil today though. He wasn't helped at all.

But if we play 2 up front who would they be? Not Boothroyd surely? Campbell?

The fact is we are short of strikers, and midfielders.

DJ & Macheda I would, personally, start against MK to try and get an understanding going between them.

So who do you blame for the other 20 odd points we've dropped in the last 7 games? I'd be interested to know?

Beef-agree fully mate. Spending fortunes watching the lads as we have done for many a year but when its crap decisions like that it leaves a bitter taste.

Heidar and Macheda (if we dont play him its pointless having him here)

Think that warnock is getting found out. Why does he insist on playing Bartin and SWP out of position? Thought SWP did well when played where he should on the right today but why not start that way with Barton in the middle (where he should be) and don't play Derry? And also as above why only 1 up front to lump long balls up to st home?

Apart from the 2 CB's and 2 strikers we need a creative midfielder is must - simeonevwho can thread a clever pass through into the box for these new strikers to run onto. Neither Faurlin nor Barton (who seemingly can only lump a right footed outswiger into the box) seem capable of creating anything from the centre

It's very easy to say get rid of Warnock, but replace him with whom?

To be honest mate, I don't see how that's relevant to what I just stated, nor why it needed mentioning. Today was today, and not the last 7 games.

In answer, of course Neil needs to take the blame. His tactics haven't helped, but then again, some of the performances from the players haven't either. Today, however, we got f**ked over. That much I'll stick with.
