Just a shame this 'NEW IMPROVED' Adel only came out now he's after a new club. Him putting shifts in like that since the start of the season, we might not be in this position.

Said yesterday how pleasantly surprised I was at how the physical aspect of his game has completely changed last few weeks, he's tracking back more, actually going in for challenges and there was times he was throwing himself infront of players to win the ball which before, he wouldn't have bothered his #### to do.

Adel has been superb since his return to the team and has hopefully shut a few on here up, we will need him at his very best if we are to have a chance of staying up.

After the MK Dons game Adel and Traore could be gone for up to 6 weeks. Makes you wonder how we're going to cope without them.
