Mason you really are a good poster when you put your point over with why you think it should be that way.
But to just come on here and start harping on about peoples past posts is just childish you are better than that.
BTW perhaps some of those posts can be filed under optimism.......I've lost you and Rebel now haven't I?

The only other Manager I would want outside of Warnock would be Holloway.

Well he could play our best available players in their best positions rather than moving players around to accomodate Mackie for a start.

Also Swansea... he played Barton wide and pulled Derry into the team while SWP was on the bench. This is the same Barton that was ineefectual in early games when wide and came into his own in the middle.

There are too many to list, but i'm sick of stupid decisions in team selection, stupid decisions with subs, subs too late to make an impact and then pathetic excuses afterwards. Take the results for what they are, ie not good enough, and give the players the rollocking they deserve when needed, rather than making excuses for them and himself. He's sounds like a spoilt brat spitting the dummy out each time, as if other teams never have a decision go against them!

He needs a kick up the #### from the top rather than blind support, so he pulls his finger out.

That just about sums him up nicely Del, well said.

Some would try to convince you that it was all down to not getting the players he wanted early enough. Doesn't wash with me, I'm afraid. That was way too far back to be the reason for the performances over the last couple of months.

I suppose the big question is how long do we give him to stop making the same mistakes over and over again. If my dentist kept taking the wrong tooth out, I'd be in a right state.

I'm sure I have noticed a few today mate. Been purposely holding fire for a long time as hoped it was just a "phase" he was going through. It's beyond funny now though, unless you're about to play us.

Needs to go and now, irrelevant of the sending off (which seemed very harsh) we started poorly.

The continued obsession with Mackie and Derry is beyond me, Barton was excellent in central midfield against Arsenal and Mackie did nothing in that game to warrant his place. Think SWP showed in the second half why he should be playing.

As for the Tarrabt substitution it actually begs belief that loosing 2-1 you take off your biggest attacking threat.

Half way through the second half despite playing 10 men Norwich were actually under a bit of pressure. Lambert made three changes and went three at the back to try to win the game and low and behold they got their second goal, would Warnock have done that, not a chance.

Being saying for weeks and other threads the managers job is to make the team better than its individual parts Warnock actually makes good players average. Just think back to how well we played in the first few games after the signings, couple of weeks with Warnock and they have gone backwards.
