  • Heider?

Anyone know what the deal is with him playing what seems like every other game?

Is he being rested for what Warnock feels are the more winnable games such as today or can he not play too many consecutive games because of his fitness?

I personally would prefer our more in form players actually play against the likes of Arsenal if they are fit but what do I know

I would use DJ Campbell for the likes of Arsenal, Man Utd, etc.

Having read HH's contract extension spill from NW he hints then that at his age of 34 he can't play everygame. He'll play today, no doubt.

I think you answered your own question at the start of your post Isleworth

I certainly hope that's not the case, as a defeatist attitude like that will certainly not bode well for the future. All games are "winnable", unless making up the numbers is enough for Neil Warnock, which I cannot really believe is the case.
We have beaten the likes of Liverfool and ArseAnal, and ManUre before, and with enough talent, self-belief, and the right application, we will again.

And with regard to your last paragraph, a manager should always, always, field his strongest side available.
The only excuses for not doing so should be the staple ones, injury and suspensions.

saving him? 3 points against Arsenal is worth just as much as 3 points against anyone else.

We were very unlikely to get three points against Arsenal, but against norwich it should be well within our grasp -- hence saving HH for the game where his impact is far more likely to have a productive result.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

I think some poster's dont realise how weak we are in the center of defence with Ferdinand out we are cannon foder to the better sides only 2 of our squad could just about get in the Arsenal squad on ability Faulin and Tarabt ,so think we did well to keep it down to 1 0

Heidar is 34 and has a dodgy back. Two games in three days wasn't an option.
