You can only be judged when you have all the Warnock signings in the squad. We already know we missed out on players like Walters and Graham who even at this stage would have made a difference.

He had about 7 days to scrape together players for this current squad, before that it was simplly freebies. Sorry to all the negative posters on here but you can only really judge the man at the end of the season. This window whilst not being ideal, will give us a true reflection of what he wants.

I guess now he will be backed in the transfer market and because he has worked incredibly hard to get us in the premiership in the first place, he deserves our respect and patience at the very least till the end of the season, irrespective of where we finish.

Its catch 22 though isn't it as if Warnock and the club took a big gamble on say Rhodes or even said that one of our reserve strikers was good enough to step up then most including me would say we lacked ambition but when we actually set the big signings like SWP ans Barton we scrutinise their every movement and the criticism sets in

I agree and I will back any signing warno makes as I trust his judgement more than mine, but again from another view I wouldn't call johnson a big signing and it most definitely isn't a risk free signing. At least with Rhodes age is on his side. If johnson comes I will back him as I do everyone else, no doubt about it. NW has been hugely unlucky with Barton form, as with him firing we would improve ten-fold
