Matty you need to sometimes stop
And reflect on what people saying before disagreeing with it based on a title of a thread , If you disagree with my above point then there is no point in
Discussing further as in any business football Inc where let's be Frank it is it's the management that dictate how successful or unsuccessful they become
Which in turn is why they are always the most important part, Which in turn makes them
Most valuable, a good manager is someone who uses their resources most effectively and gets people
To do their job t o the best of their ability

Simple fact is this: NW does not have a prem pedigree. That's not to say he's not an able prem manager,,, he just does not have a track record to point to; indeed, his "form" from Blades stint in the prem plus his prem games with Rs is v.poor
If results over next 6/7 games don't perk up I'd expect Neil would be under immense pressure for the future.
Bizarre angle is his record at Championship level though.... if we were relegated I'd suggest Neil is the no.1 man for getting us (or any team) promoted back up again.

hindsight is a great thing but we missed the boat with martin o Neill, which is why i started the Martin o neill thread 2 month ago,he would save us,but still not too late but need to act NOW,and i firmly believe Mark Hughes if given the job now would save us

What has mark Hughes done to warrant being labelled better than warnock? Not a dig, am just curious fr the answer . Neil is doing the best he can with a bare to the bone squad IMHO . Fair enough we ain't been great but when you have swp and barton playing as bad as they have been, and two cb that would struggle to get in the team last season, what else can you possibly do. If we wasn't so horrendous at the back v Sunderland we would have won, if swp wasn't so generous against arsenal we would have had at least a point. If Danny Graham got whistled for handball we would of had three points against Swansea ! So that is 6 to 8 extra points and webwould be sitting pretty. None of those incidents were warlocks fault so get off his back ffs!!

Ok with Sunderland we deserved what we got first half we were set up shot with the one striker on pitch , we invited them
On second half 2 up from we were on front foot. , we got back to 2.-2 and we then lost momentum was the time for dj to come on he handed initiative back to them
Swansea I they got the pen we get nothing , again at 1-1 game for the taking and we didn't do anything again a tactical change then would have kept momentum up, vs arsenal yea we played well but again
Vermalen goes off kid comes on and we leave awp off striker and adel on right , I would have put swp there to test him and adel in
                Middle

And who's to say your masterful tactics would have worked? It's all your opinion and guesswork, as is you saying Hughes is a better manager, so I feel it would be a huge mistake to replace warnock with Hughes ! Give te bloke some dough and I genuinely believe we will finish top half

Said the same , its not a genius tactical though to play 2 up front vs a team below you in the table when at home

your right we will neer know

So what if other people agree with you, doesn't make you right! Not digging you out mate but just think it would be a huge mistake to get rid of best manager we've had in years without giving him a fair crack at it

I don't know tbh, as if warnock brings in who HE wants and results don't change and he is able to pick the first 11 without having his hand forced then I believe he will be shown as not good enough and therefore he should be sacked. How you put a timescale on it I don't know? Lol too early and he don't get a fair chance, too late and it won't matter who we bring in! I honestly believe we will be fine though rest assured my rangers brother
