  • 5 questions from someone who was NOT at the game (please help!)

    Hi all,

Have been devouring a bunch of match reports and from what I can understand, there's reason to be positive (we had a go at them), and reason to be negative (the refs were absolutely incompetent - from the decision not to give QPR a corner before they broke for the ball to a decision to book the wrong Arsenal player to a decision not to give Taarabt a penalty when it clearly looked as though he'd been fouled (although the Taarabt moment is mentioned in only the Daily Mirror recap of events - not even in the F&H Chronicle), but I'd to know from a fans' perspective:

    1) Did we play well?

    2) Was it a penalty for the foul on Taarabt?

    3) Was the refereeing team utterly incompetent as many of my friends have suggested?

    4) What was our fan support like? Did they actually behave themselves?

    5) After looking at that - and the performance against Swansea (which I also missed) - Can we get out of this mess?

All would be appreciated - and a Happy New Year - Alex

      2) Was it a penalty for the foul on Taarabt? Thought it was Young, looked like it

      3) Was the refereeing team utterly incompetent as many of my friends have suggested? Linos were shocking

      4) What was our fan support like? Did they actually behave themselves? Quiet by usual standards

      5) After looking at that - and the performance against Swansea (which I also missed) - Can we get out of this mess? Yes If we start shooting at goal its like we are afraid

All would be appreciated - and a Happy New Year - Alex
