  • Worrying quote from Ian Wright

Talking about Henrys' return and tomorrows match, he said he is worried about QPR
"I think there are things happening in the backroom that need to be resolved - I'm not sure there's a lot of harmony there.

No mention of the fact SWP hasn't really made the impact that he himself promised, bit more effort and a goal or two would have helped the cause that's for sure, maybe he is peeved off once again that his protege isn't doing it and is now sitting on the bench, and is blaming everything else ???

Haha so obvious you are backtracking because you didn't realise SWP was his son. Brilliant. Unlucky mate.

Probably that Swp is pissed at adel for some reason - and ian has misunderstood the whole thing- hopefully

If things are wrong behind the scenes it is certainly well hidden then! i cant see much wrong other than we should have won 3 or 4 games at home and couple of summer signings not living up to expectation.

I get the feeling that there may have been some sort of 'clear the air' meetings after the Sunderland -- NW said things were going to change after that game, and I don't think he just meant team selections etc (although that was probably part of it). The players' whole attitude to each other, esp Barton and Taarabt, was totally different against Swansea -- communicating more, but a bit awkwardly, first half, but much better co-operation second half.
Made me wonder if perhaps NW has put his foot down and taken control back and told the players that they have to work together and talk to each other, even if they can't stand the sight of each other.

I hope my instinct is right about this, because it is all about levels of professionalism in the players, and if that improves so will performances, obviously.

If I'm totally wrong, Roc-Roc, please PM me and tell me why! I work under the data protection act and a rigid safeguarding policy at work, so know how and when to keep my trap shut, if you tell me anything confidential!
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########
