9th - but just 5 points up on us. If that is a true reflection over the season then surely with a few decent additions we must have chances. I know that all teams can strengthen in the window but I doubt whether they ( or several other teams) have the finance to match our ( putative) budget. Yes, I know any budget can be spent poorly but etc..........
