i wish the blackstock thing would hurry up its getting boring. as for the italian stallion signing, good news but still need a proven championship/ premiership striker.

So we sell a young forward who has scored goals in the division and replace him with an unknown Italian who has never played or lived in England before.

I really hope the lad does well but this move makes no sense what so ever.

Don't normally say things like this but you obviously know jack ****e and are talking complete ********. NEVER at any one point has Dexter had a bad word to say about QPR and NEVER at any one point has be said he don't want to be at the club! Don't come on here making comments like 'he doesnt want to be at the club' when quite obviously you know nothing!

              A few facts for you...
              a) Dexter agreed a new contract with QPR in late December WITH GP and HIS AGENT
              b) the contract was signed by DEXTER with his agent present but it could not be officially completed because GP needed FLABBIO to sign the contract but he was away at the time at one of the Gran Prix
              c) the first Dexter knew of the contract not being completed was on the 25th of Jan, the day that the players get paid on every month, when he realised his pay hadn't changed
              d) the long and short of it was that he found out that when GP presented the new deal to Flavio he laughed and ripped up the contract
              e) after discussions between the club and Dexters agent GP made it clear that Fat Boy didn't want him at the club and not the other way around!

Oh so the poor body language and lack of effort is just his normal approach is it?
Dazz lets move on because I think myself and others had the vibe he didn't want to be at the club so I will go along with what qprmarc said.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Maybe Flabbio knows more than we think as he could see that Dexter did not deserve an improved contract.

WeAreQPR12 - that his style. Always has been and it's never changed. Happy to move on and agree he's no world beater but he is a dam sight better than what we have at putting the ball in the back of the net! On a game for game basis he'll score more than Vine, Pickles, HH and Pat this season, probably more than HH and Pat put together!

This may come as a shock but agree 100%

This is a Flavio Briatore decision pure and simple.

Agreed and to the outside world a bizarre and illogical one too!

This is all about Flabios ego and "showing who's boss"

Anyway just another episode in the soap opera called QPR just wait for the next installment!!1 One things for sure none of us can predict what's going to happen next.

"We are just so predictable in our unpredictability"

My basis was too many 0-0 draws to be honest and not going for wins..

Thats history, but Blackstock had only one year left

Sousa was blamed for not playing blackstock it was definately part of the campaign to out him. blackstocks body language was poor at the time and no suprise if his head wasnt right with all the contract kerfuffle and sousa decided not to pick him

there is nearly always more than meets the eye to the goings on at QPR.

bottom line is unless we spend the money we get for Dex and some on a new striker we will be very very lucky to get one as good to replace him.
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
