  • Warnock is fast...

He is fast losing my backing of him.
To start with his lack of tactical awareness, he got out witted by oneil on weds. He saw they needed a change and he did just that but with NW he waits too long and usually costs us dearly.

To top it all off for me will be if he doesn't start taarbs in the next game. And then if he goes and sells him I think you will find alot of people will lose it with him. Yes Adel had a strop and played bad, but NW said himself he has started training at a different level now after playing well as a sub he cannot put it off HE MUST START

Fingers crossed Nw sees sense and start taarbs in the free role and SWP on the RIGHT

    Kenny
    Young. Ferdinand. Gabidon. Hill.
    Swp. Barton. Faurlin. Traore.
    Adel
    Helguson

I may get slated for my team choice but in recent games it has been when we look most dangerous. If Ferdinand is still injured play Connolly. And I would stillbe tempted to drop Barton for Derry.
I Know ppl wouldn't want to drop Mackie but he is just not good enough on the left and Swp will be one of our best players if he gets o play in his natural position

Neil needs to take a few risks, and changes when needed are one of them.

Oh come on, do we really need another thread on this on top of the other 8million from Wednesday night? We get it, Warnock isn't flavour of the month right now.

This fella with no tactical awareness

Seemed to tear up the Championship last year

Seems to do alright away from home
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

And a great Prem Manager but only away from home?

It had to happen that the woodwork would be creaking with people questioning NW at some stage this season. I seriously question the sensibility of these people.

For donkeys we've been crying out for an experienced old head at the helm, the club being run properly and some STABILITY. We get it and yet still the modern day knee jerk fans fire off at the slightest dip
I agree some line ups have been strange
Noted a lack of positive match changing substitutions
Squad numbers for Dyer, Perone etc proved big mistake
I'm frustrated we've "only" beaten Chel**** at home

            But caveat that with
Tango, Cash and the Waiter running place into ground
All the off pitch upheveal with change of ownership
Not being able to plan one way or the other due to the FA and the 3 monkeys above
            The enigma that is Adel
An unexpected serious loss of form by Barton (and I think it took him 4 games to find form)
            SWP not kicking on
            Injuries to Kenny and Anton
Terrygate and that off field distraction
I also still think a few waiter protagonists could well be floating around still

We're in a bad place at the moment but I will continue to back Warnock through thick and thin. Personally I hope we stick with him even if we are relegated as we need stability and the man himself has earnt the right to at least one full season of settled backing and no off pitch madness.

Am getting a bit bored of the Warnock has upset me as well brigade!
Just because on FM 2010 or whatever you get QPR to the european cup final
does not mean it's that easy for real, or make any of us experts.

the bloke has worked miracles over the last 2 years, had to deal with T and C. Get the squad to accomodate Adel last year. Keep their heads with all the Faurlin Saga going on and achieving promotion. Then having to not sign anyone in the summer, having to deal with a takeover and integrating 5 or so players into the team at the end of the window.

We have 16 points with half the season to go with the prospect of new players to improve the squad, we have had a rough few weeks but we have had to play some top teams.

Patience and calmness is needed i think!

Best manager we've had for 20 odd years.

Frustrating at times of course but he's forgotten more than we'll ever know.

Deserves to be backed & I'm certain he / we will turn things around sooner rather than later.

                        You think, or you know?
Anyway I still feel that Neil could be better off making changes as soon as they are needed. ie substitutions, and ones that would be a great benefit to winning games.

Warnock got us up last season when he had no right too given the squad he had. Remember the moans on here about the signings well it turned out ok. He started this season with zero backing and his hands tied behind his back bar 10 days.

He has earned the right to have this season. The home form is killing us but confident this will pick up in the new year

                          100% behind Neil
