how can you judge how good a player/manager is without seeing it live infront of you.you cant base a judgement on conjecture because that is both wrong and unfair.dexter has gone and thats that,anyone who judges sousa on a squad that is not his frankly knows next to nothing about football.i sincerely hope paulo stays and gets us promoted so that those so called fans who dont go can choke on a large slice of humble pie.to be honest it's the same old rubbish and it's getting beyond tedium.

You cant judge a manager who hasnt had a pre season with his squad let alone brought in any of his own players to that squad.

Have a serious think about it, what does that say about our club if we were to sack someone like Paulo Sousa without giving him a fair crack of the whip yet Paladini gets to keep his job ??

Why exactly ?
I get a good feeling from this guy, Intelligent, positive & decent, he will get us to where we want to be & in the right manner as well.
Giving him some fullbacks might be a starter, I'd love to know what he thinks of the "Fullbacks" at out club, well, we know what he thinks of Borrowdale, but Paladini bought him anyway, nice way to immediately undermine the authority of the manager, its because of disgusting behaviour like this that intelligent people support the manager 100% & not Paladini.

the probs klr is that you associate intellegance with management when very often thats not the case
great managers like clough and alex fergusion tend to be un intelegant but very idiasynchratic
you have to be able to penetrate someones mind instead of picking a side and sticking with it why didnt sousa try iout a youngsters from the reserves
or try playing a midfielder as a full back
thats why i dont rate him hes mr whiter than white mr normallity hell never make a manager

Without wanting to patronise you, I cant really enter in to any cogent form of discussion with you, because your logic is so fatally flawed to begin with that you are in effect losing all of your own arguments all by yourself, which in all fairness is quite a skill in itself.
