In all honesty, I have been nothing but impressed by this guy since he came in, the impression is of a progressive, intelligent positive man, who knows how to get us where we want to be and how to achieve it in the right manner.
I'm sorry, but I really cannot fathom the thinking behind anyone who says that we should replace Sousa with DARREN FERGUSON! of all people ??! A complete failure as a player, & a thoroughly nasty piece of work by all accounts, remember if it wasnt for his father, no one would have even heard the name of DARREN FERGUSON.
The only thing I can think of is that some of the people "behind the scenes" people that dont know a lot about football would like the association & media profile that would go with the Ferguson name, which is naive at best, clueless at worst.
I personally cannot think of anything worse than Darren Ferguson as QPR manager, for those trying to suggest or imply it in none to subtle ways ? Hang your heads in shame!
As for Gary Johnson ??! Laughable suggestion!
    IN SOUSA WE TRUST.

Jesus wept, some people on here really are beyond clueless, with QBLOCK and DFE being the biggest culprits on here.

Pete, so because something with Sousa doesnt "sit right" with you, you appear to be on a 1 man mission (DFE can hardly be counted) to out him from the club?. You base your opinions on feelings and assumptions that you yourself have made, rather than looking at the facts.

Im so glad somebody earlier made a post compairing Sousa's first 22 games to Di canios as it really put things into persepctive. Im a self confessed lover of Di canio and was upset when he left, and i know for a fact Pete was one of his many admirers, but the FACTS show Sousa has done an equal if not better job in less time appointed as manager.

DFE, where to start with you. Your like a puppy that never learns to stop ****ting on the carpet. You contradicted yourself in the "reasons why Sousa is useless" post to the point where it stopped being funny. So, according to you, Sousa's faults were that he didnt identify we needed a striker, and that if we indeed did ever manage promotion, it would be inspite of Sousa and because Paladini has bought in a load of different players right??? So tell me, this Paladini, this saviour of yours, this master scout you have so hold in so much high esteem, was he not the man buying the players BEFORE Sousa? If he's buying the players then why didnt HE identify the goalscoring problem? Paladini was here in the summer with Dowie in charge, and again in January, but lets point the finger at Sousa who in your opinion isnt even buying the players yet is still at fault?? If Paladini is buying the players, then it's him that brought in all the dross that Sousa has had to work with, and is doing so quite well i might add.

On the old board I made a lengthy post as to why we should stick with Sousa. Go look for it, as, after all, it was heralded as "Post of the year" by many people on here. Pete, go have a look and take note as im not going to repeat myself.

Will Sousa take us up? who knows? If your asking if i have faith in him, then yes I do 100%. And why do i have such faith in him? because despite what any of the *****s on here calling for Darren Ferguson, or Gary Johnson think, he HAS done a good job since taking over. We are defensively the strongest we have been since our promotion season in the league below. Who would ever think that this season our defence would be the strongest aspect of the team?? He has also been without our two most attacking players in Vine and Buz for those crying we dont play enough attacking football.

Again i dont want to ramble on, just let him have a pre season, with all our fully fit players back, time to properly scout our opposition and hopefully add a couple of HIS type of players to the squad. If Lopez is anything to go buy then I already have faith that Sousa has a keen eye for good players. He's a former top class international player for christ sakes, and we are lucky to have him associated with us in any form.

Rather than calling for the head of a manager or doubting his ability because you dont like him, give him your support. The same support you gave to Di Canio who I feel was only as popular as he was because we played pretty football. Thats all good and well, but towards the end of his reign, we were hardly on a decent run were we?

Im not quite sure what you want? There was nothing lucky about our win against Swansea whatsoever. Their only threat was Jason Scotland who was DEFENDED out of the game to full effect.

I really do wonder what kind of chaotic state this club would be in if the likes of some of our "supporters" were in charge!!
Will change my user name to half full when QPR give me reason too...

I take your point Pete, We had a purple patch under DiCanio that showed us what football could be like with all but the same set of players we have now. Since then apart from a couple of games the football has been mediocre.

However the last couple of games have shown what is possible when you introduce real talent into the attack, I'm hoping for more of that

Watching football under De canio or Sousa? Simple question.

How can you compare the first 20 games/ 11 of them were played before we could buy anyone. Only Leighterwood was bought in the August transfer deadline date.

Malcolm. Rehman, Bolder, Nardellio, Barker, Sahar a couldn't careless Scott Sinclaiir. Its Like comparing terry Venables with Alan Mullery. Its all about the players who have at your disposal.

mmm I must have been dreaming then when Ephraim, Buzzacky, Mahon and Vine were signed on loan and made an immediate impact,

Yes I'm a big fan of LDC we played some great football and scored goals, but it has to be said in a side with Buzz, Vine, Ageymang, Rowlands (33 goals between those 4 alone) and Delaney all at their peak and fit. So its hardly a like with like comparison. However as you know our problem was shipping goals especially late on and with the same back four as now. Now the problem is scoring them, the same problem that plagued us from the begining of the season and got worse with the injuries to Buzacky, Rowlands and Ageymang (he might not score many but others will if he is playing).

I find it pretty unbelievable really that Sousa's position is under consideration but I'll tell you this for free, without buying a couple of decent strikers (with some pace and strength) no one not even Arsene Wenger will take this team up.

it's a case of putting trust into an unknown quantity, proven quality in this division and going forward into the prem is steve coppell. Factamondo.

I think that given time he will make some club ,but not neccessarily QPR,a good manager. When you're only given Green Shield stamps and Nectar points to conduct transfer business, there's not a lot of hope.

doncaster lost southampton draw next two games against better team wee win
like we did with birmingham wolves cardiff preston didnt lose with reading
so please explain to me all the players that we got decide to lose agains s---t
team reality is we are pay for inexperiens the players are good in off to many
injury +inexp as cost us play off
