Same here mate. I'd rather have 13000 fans who get behind the lads than have the extra 4000 tourists who are only here for the prem and the lot who don't even know who the players are!

I think away games are different but we've always had the boo boys before and during games. Nothings changed in my view. I think to call them tourists is brushing it under the carpet. Steve Palmer used to come in for quite a bit before and during home games.....are these fans who are still doing it, tourists?

for those old enough to remember, Mick Leach was always the target for the boo boys...some things never change unfortunately.

how else can you let players and management know youre unimpressed with a teams performance other than the age old norm of booing? id never boo myself but i certainly wouldnt object to someone booing if the team were poor. after barton slagged off england players and stated he was better than them he has chosen a very funny way of showing it. i told my boy when he signed he was a great crosser of the ball and brilliant free kick taker. my kid thinks im deluded.. i have no problem with him being booed for hitting the first defender with every set piece when faurlin and tarabt are on the pitch..

Now....going to get some abuse for next comment....I have howvere, never booed....but...after the first half performance last night...as the players walked off....should the crowd show what they feel about that performance?

You could say....well just don't clap...which i didn't at end of game....but does not clapping get through...?

I understand that booing an individual during games is not good...but at half time...we all thought...sh..t ist half....do the team realise how we feel. We could start a song...like...."

Warnocks..blue and white Army....First half was bad and you are barmy ...could could please play better in second half as you are on Ģ80 k a week....

                Just a thought ...
Nah, the twonk winding me up didn't have a hat, I kept shouting abuse, he kinda stared at me, I stared right back giving him evils, and he promptly farked off further up the touchline.
Where do they get these ****in' *****s, little house on the ****in' prairee, or what?
As for the first half, I nearly booed off our lot myself.

We were jeering and booing sunderland, if that's what you mean. Don't know why we didn't do it from the off.

I know football is a game of opinions but I really do despair at some of the comments you hear at LR, i'm afraid that all stands have the resident cocks in them as well. If only you knew who you were sitting next to when you brought your tickets!!
