Should Taarabt be Captain again?

Barton wont be stripped of the captaincy, Warnock simply wont do it. Making him captain as soon as he joined was one of the worst things he could have done, as I've said Joey now has too big of an influence at QPR. Ferdinand as captain please.

I think chopping and changing is nearly as bad as giving ot to the wrong person in the first place.

I would rather it hadn;t been taken from him for Joey. Makes problems. However, too late to change back.

But Joey is actually costing us games IMHO. Some of his performances warrant being dropped from the team, let alone the Captaincy.

In truth the armband as such has always been meaningless under Warnock; whether it's Adel or Joey wearing it the captains in the true sense of the term have been Derry, Kenny, Hill, Young. Warnock's used it as a prize dummy to keep our prima donnas happy and focused.

In terms of leadership then neither Joey nor Adel is really proper "captaincy" material. The thing about leadership is that within that loose idea there's a very fine line between arrogance and bravery, and both players toe that line constantly and indeed step either side of it on practically a minute-by-minute basis. (It's almost funny that there's (supposedly) friction between the two because in a weird sort of way they're actually very similar characters.)

Yesterday it was Adel's long overdue turn to grab the game by the scruff of the neck by doing what he does best, fully being himself, while Barton did sod all, muffed everything he tried and blamed everyone else for it. But we've all seen by now that on another day it could easily be the other way around.

The unfortunate thing is that the team is completely reliant on which one of these two does their solo thing and is unable to cope otherwise. We're like some sort of makeshift sports car with two extremely volatile engines - you could see that when Adel did a trick of two and beat his man then the whole team got this supercharged boost in belief that wasn't there at all first half. But can you drive a whole race like that and not come a cropper?

Too late for any of that. Mick Jones pretty much said he was gone

. Don't agree with it, in fact I'm bloody annoyed we're in this situation but we need to move on. He should play every game until he's sold because he looks lean and hungry and in this mood he's head and shoulders above any other player

We have to look elsewhere. He plays for his future now,not us.
He was maybe harsly treated by barton but at the time he needed a kick .................

Having said this I hope for a miracle to happen. Thing is, I would like to see him stay on at the club, donīt get me wrong.
