Based upon tonight's performance, I reckon the below formation could work vs Swansea:

Big decision dropping Barton and, tbf I know there's more chance of me getting to finger Mila Kunis than NW dropping him, but "name" aside, he hasn't done much of late to warrant a start for me.

Well, many years ago we had this bloke by the name of Marsh. We later had a fella called Bowles. Chaps such as Currie and Stainrod followed. These players were blessed with the sort of skill and talent that made watching football a real treat. You were entertained, not only with their footballing prowess, but also with their personalities. You literally would be happy to pay to watch them.

Over the years, some very ordinary players whose fitness and work ethic got them mistaken for footballers came along and spoiled the game as a spectacle. Culminating in the arrival of so called superstars () such as Barton etc.

Adel very much sits within the first category. Amazing talent, a delight to watch but can on occasions be frustrating. But not as frustrating as watching blokes that are paid enormous sums of money, not manage to pass the ball accurately 10 yards, shoot 10 feet wide and high from the edge of the box and then spend their time on twitter, instead of attempting to address the problem on a training pitch.

At which point I shall remove the rose coloured spectacles and just hope that we get more players with his sort of skill, rather than some of the dross we currently have to put up with. Although I suspect I'm going to have a long wait.

Give me a player who has natural ability, over a player who has to work at passing a football more than a few yards accurately.

cant believe how many people are leaving out HH. What has he got 7 goals in 8 or something?

Really dont rate Traores defensive abilities. Should just be used left midfield IMO.
