Warnock switches him to the left & we don't have a single attack of note for the rest of the half & then to rub salt in the wounds he takes him off.

Still backing Warnock 100% as I believe he deserves a chance to build a stronger team in January but its tactical decisions like that, that I just can't understand.


Final note well done Adel best player for us again tonight when he came on. Some of us have always believed in you.

At right wing he decides to change him cos it proved what we were all saying, taking him off at the time when mackie was hopeless second half bizarre

It's quite simple really. NW reckons Mackie's a better right sided midfielder. He must've been displeased with SWP and that's why he switched him. And then he became even more displeased so he subbed him.

I have to disagree with NW. SWP is the better player of the two IMHO.

Is NW over complicating things, and as a consequence losing the players confidence in their own ability?

He was talking about 'back to basics' but the tactics are so confusing. It's simple, play the players in their best position ffs.

When Adel came on, he did seem to gel the team together better, still not sure he is suited to the pace of the game at the start tho, based on previous experience of his strops.

Shocking. I sit right in line with the 18 yd box & the LB was having nightmares everytime swp got the ball. He was building momentum & confidence & honestly believe it was a matter of time before he got a goal or created a goal.
