NW is known for his stubborn streak. Its as if 99% of people are telling him that SWP's best position is RM, but he is determined to prove them wrong somehow. It is very odd.
Whats he doing to Shauns confidence? He keeps moving him around the park constantly, when all he wants to do is get his first goal.
As well as being stubborn I doubt he tolerates critisism either, and thats a big problem. No-one tells NW what to do, it's a big chip on that shoulder, and as someone else said, he always finds someone else to blame, its never his fault for a poor tactical decision and I've never heard Neil apologise for getting it wrong. He thinks he's never wrong.
