And today's expected announcement is merely whether the CPS intend to charge him or not - it will not be JT you are guilty and are sentenced to death by hanging - not yet anyway.

In those days it usually meant your head was put on a pole at tower bridge. But it might frighten the tourists away, maybe stamford bridge is better.

What's the bets the CPS don't charge giving the FA reason alone to do nothing.

The FA will make an example of Suarez and will use punishing him as a way to get back at FIFA/UEFA- and to show their hard line on racism.

They will then drop charges against the England Captain resulting in a win/win for everyone at the FA.

              What a joke.

The best thing for QPR is for this to get dropped immediately, I know you all hate JT with a passion but the distractions a court case would bring would be disastrous for the club.

Obviously not going to happen, but a few months jail time in which he is made to be Tyrone's b1tch and pick up the soap twice daily wouldnt be a bad outcome either.

Hard to argue with matty on this. I'm all in favour of penal reform but I make an exception for terry.

I think he will be charged btw. If there were tb no charges they wd just come out and say so - this sounds like they are gearing up for a big press conference. Plus conspiracy theories r almost always wrong.

If I was representing Suarez on his appeal I would be asking why the captain of England, who admitted saying it even though allegedly taken out of context, gets away with it and a poor foreigner, new to the country and language gets charged.
