    get the impression Jim is his own man. Flavio will be taking more of a back seat, but end of the day its a "project" and he got it wrong big time last season. He is a businessman, and now knows its not like running F1 and I'm sure with Flavio away until September, Magilton will allowed to get on with it.

      Thats good news. Although i cant help but feel the selling of blackstock was a briatore order!?
