You seem to have a blind spot about that in all of your posts, failing to grasp the fact that its a team game of 11 players. It was the team that got us promoted - no single individual.
    Not disrespectful but the truth

We all know everyone put in maximum effort but Adel stood out from the rest by far

Just look at the quotes from them players you mentioned about Adel marvelling his skill and ability last season

The team was built around Taarabt for the purpose of were we are today

If that is your opinion I fully respect that.

Personally as I've said on more than one occasion I don't feel he had even found his feet before he was bombed & that he still has a lot to offer, especially at home.

So its a case of agree to disagree I guess which is fine. Its what people with differing opinions do.
No I'm not saying that, I'm saying his petulance can't / wont be tolerated like it was last year.

You will put up with it in the Championship as that was ok to get us to the Prem but toss him to the side when he has a few bad games in the Prem?

If you want highly skilled players then sometimes you got to put up with crap otherwise we can do the super safe route and just get plain dreary players who behave really well

He stood out because of the formation we played, the fact we built the team around him and because of his undoubted genius (albeit flawed/under-developed).

But its disrespctful to Kenny, Derry, Mackie, HH, Hill, Faurlin, Smith to say he was "the player who got us to the Prem" when that was so patently not the case.

          • Imo it's obvious that the reason he isn't playing is because of something he has done to p*ss Neil off, and not to do with his ability, because NW was prepared as Ric said to overlook any deficiencies last season and concentrate on what he could do.

No-one's denying that either. He deserved great praise, thats not in question.

But thats not the point being made though.

It's not his bad performances, it's his putulance that's the problem and your problem is you don't understand the difference.

                            • And looked like the best player out there when he came on. Calm, assured, whipped balls in, played people in. Not bad for 28 odd minute cameo.

But hey many say he's finished.

                              Jokers.

He must start against Swansea imo. A team he annihilated last season.
