  • Not Very Good

    Poor tactics
    Poor performance
    Poor substitutions

And bar a magnificent Radek Cerny it could have been seven today

I would be saying this aswell...if it was a team like Blackburn, wolves etc...But it was Liverpool, of course we wernt gonna play amazing. They are good at home and could beat anyone at home
"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

Can accept losing to liverpool, but we had no ambition whatsoever, Warnock got everything completely wrong today, and several players didnt play well.

Especially those that go and try to defend deep fro 90 minutes.

Easier to win when the other team aren't trying to score, until they go behind.

I'm proud of the boys for keeping it going and fighting till the very end, we could have just stole a point but then they could have had 4 or 5?

We started playing better as the game went on and after the first half... very pleased.

                  Very pleased? Really?

                  That's beyond optimism, that's denial...

I Have to agree as well. We played much better in the second half.
Nice to see Campbell on the pitch again.

So Warnocks idea of 'Having a go' is one up top and hope you don't get dry bummed?

Edit: As some people appear unable to cope with sarcasm...

I am not sure we should be so quick to accept that only losing 1-0 is laudable, when it could have been far worse, given the performance.

I believe Neil was far too respectful of a Liverpool team that is lacking a bit of confidence and that a more attack minded performance from the start may have reaped a better result. We may still have lost, but we'd have given it a go..
